Make a mind that never minds
Heart, brain, mind these are all interchangeable words in a bigger sense! All of us form some patterns in our mind over period about how we react to various situations, it’s not easy for us to break those patterns, alternatively we can call that as a mindset.
Our mind is like a garden, if we work on it regularly, it shall be beautiful, vibrant and radiant. If not it will be just like any barren land. For us to have a growth mindset, we need to sow seeds called good thoughts, and care them with water called positive affirmations, then our mind garden will flourish and spread its inner beauty to others. Also we need to pluck out inevitable weed called bad thoughts, negative thinking if not they will grow bigger than the needed good thoughts and corrupt our mind.
Judging, criticism is easier than understanding, so mostly everyone judge or criticize, but whether those judgements, criticisms affect us badly or not is totally up on us and our mindset. We tend to overthink some times without inching forward, just feeling bad, sad, betrayed, let down even if we know we can't control everything and everyone. Ultimately our thoughts and thought process determines our quality of life, better we have them sorted, positive, clean and optimistic. Always try to choose a never mind attitude, ignore the noise, then only one can attract more peace, harmony, happiness and mental health.
